Physical Needs

Boiler Room Asbestos Abatement $15,000
When obtaining quotes for the boiler replacement we found that mechanical contractors will not replace the boiler until all of the asbestos is removed.

Computer/Office Equipment Upgrades $30,000
In order to keep abreast of the changes in technology and to keep productivity as high as possible, we constantly upgrade our computers and office equipment.
 

 
Boiler Replacement $50,000
The functional but inefficient boiler was installed when the Chapel was built in 1966. It will be less expensive to have a scheduled replacement as opposed to having to do so in an emergency.

Church Renovations – Phase One 2003-2006 $225,000
During Phase One of the Church Renovation project we will commission an architect to develop a Master Plan and conduct a lighting study to improve the lighting in the Chapel.

Replace the Old Apartment Roof $7,500
The roof on the old apartment is deteriorating and needs to be replaced in order to prevent structural and interior damage due to roof failure.

Parking Lot Resurfacing $100,000
The parking lot must be resurfaced to prevent injuries and to prevent further damage that will be more costly to repair if neglected.

Repair the Sidewalks on the West Side $5,000
Poor sidewalk drainage on the west side of the building creates hazardous conditions. We will improve drainage and repair the sidewalk to improve safety and aesthetics.

Tile Work in the Upstairs Restrooms $5,000
The current wall coverings are stained and difficult to keep clean. We propose to tile the walls to improve aesthetics and maintenance of the restrooms.

Family Assist Restroom $15,000
There is a need for a restroom that will allow family members to assist other family members when necessary.
