To Provide health care support, information and services through volunteer members who are affiliated to the health care field as trained professionals.

Objectives:

• Identify health care needs within the SJF community.
• Provide assistance and support to community members in need of health care.
• Promote healthy lifestyle and publicize health care information to the SJF community.
• Protect the privacy and confidential nature of health care needs of parishioners within the SJF community.
