Mission: 

The mission of the Administration/Buildings ministry to provide and maintain functional, dignified and attractive facilities for our parish family to come together to worship, pray, and grow spiritually. It is our purpose to provide all other ministries with the accommodations needed for them to successfully fulfill their mission.

Objectives:

• Maintain the parking lots by either resurfacing or update of the striping. All handicap spaces are to be properly marked and signs placed for proper notification.
• Complete necessary “Emergency Evacuation” signs for the lower level classroom areas. Colored charts with evacuation routes and rendezvous places are to be posted.
• Support all Master Plan activities to improve and enhance our facilities.
• Determine what size and type of equipment should be used to replace the old boiler. Do to the age of the current boiler, we want to be ready to make the correct decision about replacement should an emergency arise. Otherwise we will plan for the day when it is a part of the normal update process.
• Maintain all buildings and facilities in good operation.

The ministry needs people with knowledge of building systems and their maintenance. Also, persons with knowledge of building exteriors and parking lots are a special need.
